Online counselling is available for a wide range of concerns. It allows you to receive professional support comfortably from your home or any location with internet access. Your counsellor can support you, share knowledge and offer practical solutions to help you build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Some situations where online counselling may be helpful:

Emotional challenges If you are experiencing concerns about your emotional wellbeing or mental health – such as anxiety, depression, stress or self-esteem difficulties – online counselling can be helpful.

Relationship difficulties If you are struggling in your relationship with a partner, family or friends, a counsellor can help you develop communication skills, resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships.

Stress and life changes Life changes or stressful periods such as a job change, divorce, pregnancy, relocation or bereavement can create emotional strain. A counsellor can provide support and practical strategies for coping.

Personal growth If you want to work on your personal development and goals, a counsellor can provide guidance, motivation and practical advice to help you move forward.

Parenting A counsellor can also help with parenting challenges – communication skills, setting boundaries, building consistency or managing behavioural difficulties.

Training programmes available in various formats and on a range of topics, for both younger and older audiences. All are linked to developing knowledge and skills for preventing and addressing mental health difficulties.
