Heaolu Keskus offers psychological counselling through Victim Support for people who have suffered as a result of crime, violence or a serious crisis. The counselling is funded for you through Victim Support (the Social Insurance Board).

The aim of Victim Support is to support the victim's coping and sense of safety, and to prevent violence from happening again. You can contact Victim Support around the clock on 116 006 or via web chat at palunabi.ee.

How does the counselling work?

To access psychological counselling through Victim Support, first get in touch with the Victim Support service. A Victim Support worker will assess your situation and refer you to the service.

Once you have been referred, you can book an appointment with our specialists.

Who the service is for

  • victims of physical, emotional or sexual violence;
  • those affected by domestic or intimate partner violence;
  • those harmed as a result of a crime;
  • those who have lived through a serious loss or traumatic event;
  • loved ones who have been affected by what happened.

Through Victim Support, the counselling is funded for you via Victim Support (the Social Insurance Board) – you do not have to pay for it yourself.
