Psychological counselling for adults

When should you turn to a psychologist?

Life brings periods when it feels hard to move forward alone. Sometimes we experience stress, anxiety, sadness or burnout. At other times we face difficult relationships, life changes or recurring thought patterns that affect our wellbeing and everyday life.

Psychological
counselling offers

Psychological counselling offers a safe and trusting space where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings and experiences just as they are. We meet you where you are right now – just as you are.

What to expect
from a meeting?

The first meeting is a chance to calmly talk about what has brought you to seek support right now.

The meetings do not focus only on problems. An important part is also your strengths and resources, which you can draw on to cope better with difficult situations.
